Woodland Maintenance
Keaver Drive estates includes the ancient woodlands that surround the development and the upkeep of these is one of KDFMCL’s ongoing responsibilities. Simon Bewley is the current director responsible. He is ably assisted in this role by Paul Collett who has a particular interest in the wild life of the area.
Gardening
The external grounds of Keaver Drive are maintained via a third party company Viking who ensure that all gardening requirements are met. They also assist us with ad-hoc projects such as fence repairs.
Other tasks
We also perform a lot of other activities, such as maintaining our financial accounts, servicing the ground lighting, fencing repairs alongside projects such as road adoption and security gates. We are also part of the local Neighbourhood Watch.
